1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services at 88fbg, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same person are strictly prohibited.

88fbg reserves the right to reject any registration application, particularly if the information provided appears false or incomplete.

2. Account Security & Verification

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Always log out after logging in from another person's device or a public network.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify 88fbg's support team immediately.

88fbg may request identity verification documents (National ID, passport, or driving licence) at any time. Verification may also be required before processing deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at 88fbg: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Deposit amounts will always be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Upon a successful deposit, the amount will be credited to the account instantly or promptly.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits made using a third party's account or name are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Important information regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the related wagering requirements have been met.
• 88fbg reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual transactions.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

88fbg offers new members a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit.

Examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply simultaneously — please check the details of each offer.
• If bonus abuse or bonus scheming is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• 88fbg reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirements have been met.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on 88fbg are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and software from reputable game providers. Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and other providers are fair and transparent.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and are in no way controlled by the platform.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits depend on a member's activity and status, and are subject to change at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and if such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Opening an account with false or misleading information.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Operating accounts or betting activity with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, or any automated system to influence game outcomes.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members of the platform.
• Attempting to recover funds by filing chargebacks or payment disputes.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Account Closure by 88fbg

88fbg may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of a false identity or fraud.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Extended inactivity on an account despite requests.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

In the event of account closure, 88fbg will make a fair decision regarding the return of legitimate funds (excluding bonuses).

7.2 Account Closure by the Member

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements at the time of closure will be taken into consideration.

8. Limitation of Liability

88fbg does not accept liability for the following:

• Game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Failed transactions caused by delays or errors from third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service unavailability due to unexpected technical disruptions.
• Loss of account information or funds due to the member's own negligence.

For any claim, 88fbg's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in which the issue arose.
